Professor  Srebrić,  who holds Ph.D. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and M.S. and B.S. degrees from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Belgrade, presented a simulation program for dust and other pollutant concentrations in offices in  one “green” building with partitioned boxes for several workstations within one large office.

The lecturer presented the current research on the health of people who work indoors and on the effects of comfort on the enthusiasm for work and work performance, with a remark that such research and simulation verifications would become an official procedure in the USA. It was particularly emphasized that Vladimir Luković and Atila Novoselac, both educated in Belgrade and now employed in the USA, took part in the project.

The lecture was attended by almost 50 people who posed a series of questions to Dr. Srebrić and obtained much information interesting for our engineers and designers.

The lecture moderator and the host on behalf of the Serbia Society for Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning (KGH)  was professor Todorović, who introduced Dr. Jelena Srebrić to the audience and gave details on her successful scientific career.
