We would like to draw your attention to a novelty in our organization.

The formal opening of the exhibition with a visit to the exhibition stands will begin a day before the congress beginning, on Tuesday 1st December 2009 at 6:00 p.m., in the Sava Centre, and it will end at 7:30 p.m. with a cocktail.
An hour before the exhibition opening, at 5:00 p.m. the congress registration desk will be opened, where the congress participants, who attend the exhibition opening, may register and collect the congress material.

The congress will begin on Wednesday, 2nd December 2009 at 10:00 a.m. The registration and distribution of the congress material will begin at 8:30 a.m.

OTHER INFORMATIONS

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES of the Congress are Serbian and English. Simultaneous translation is provided.

THE AUTHORS of the papers will be exempted from the Congress fee payment. If a paper is written by more than one author, only one i.e. the first author will be exempted from the fee payment.

THE CONGRESS FEE is 120 € and it will cover: the Welcome Party, the Congress Proceedings, the book “Who is Who in HVAC&R”, congress organization costs, the banquet on 2nd December, farewell lunch on 4th December, and other costs. The Congress fee (cash only!)should be paid on Registration Desk.

PROCEEDINGS (CD that includes all papers in Serbian and English) and other material will be given to participants upon arrival to the Congress.

FOR THE CONGRESS FEE PAYMENT in euros or any foreign currency, it is neccessary to request from the organizer the account number, depending on a country in which the payment is effected.
