The 40th jubilee HVAC&R congress and exhibition is behind us…

Almost 2000 HVAC&R professionals visited this event, which gathered over 70 domestic and foreign authors as well as a large number of domestic and European companies at the exhibition of equipment and accomplishments held within the congress in the Belgrade Sava Centre. Once again, the congress and exhibition proved to be one of the most significant events in HVAC&R field in Serbia, but also one among the world’s leading conventions in this professional field.

The congress papers mainly dealt with sustainable development – energy saving and use of renewable energy sources.

Within the rich congress programme agenda, the student programme could be singled out by its extraordinary quality and serious approach. Young authors from the universities of Belgrade, Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Niš presented their papers, the quality of which did not lag behind those written by their older colleagues.

At the exhibition with almost 170 stands, innovations prepared and developed for 2010 were exhibited and manufacture lines of many reputable companies were presented.

The congress and exhibition were enriched by a series of professional and commercial presentations as well as cocktails and informal meetings and conversations between professionals and media, economic institutions and scientific and professional associations.

This significant jubilee was marked by awarding recognition to many outstanding individuals and companies.

In its first 2010 issue, “KGH" journal will present in detail all that has happened at this year’s congress and exhibition.
