Organizer of the 39th International HVAC&R Congress The Serbian Society for HVAC&R (KGH) of the Serbian Union of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Technicians (SMEITS) is the organizer of the 39th International HVAC&R Congress and Exhibition of Equipment and Accomplishments, as well as all other congress accompanying events. Official languages of the 39th International HVAC&R Congress The official languages of the 39th International HVAC&R Congress are Serbian and English. Simultaneous translation will be provided. Visitors will have earphones on their seats in the congress hall. Congress fee The congress fee amounts to 120 EUR (tax included) per person.
For participants who pay the congress fee themselves, the fee is to be paid to SMEITS current account No. 255-0007430101000-55. With the evidence that the fee has been paid, participants can collect the congress material at the Organizer’s desk in the SAVA Centre, or the payment may be effected directly, but only in cash.
If the company pays the congress fee, the congress application form must include data on VAT and taxpayer identification number. The payment is effected according to the invoice that the organizer will send to the company following the receipt of the filled-in application. Application of participants The congress participants must fill in the Application Form, which is included in the First information and other materials for the congress, or the Internet page www.kgh-kongres.org.
In order to enable the Organizer to prepare the congress materials in good time, applications should be received the Organizer by 27th November 2009.
Congress materials
When registering at the Organizer’s desk in the SAVA Centre, the Congress participants who paid the fee will receive the detailed program of the congress, the Proceedings in Serbian with summaries in English, CD including papers in Serbian and English, the guide – information book »Who is who in HVAC&R «, a set of prospectuses of the general patron and other advertising materials, a notebook, an invitation for the formal dinner and an invitation for the farewell lunch. Sale of SMEITS’ publications and editions Publications, “KGH” Journal, the Proceedings, the instruction for professional examinations and other editions of SMEITS are available at the Organizer’s desk in the SAVA Centre during the Congress period.
When purchasing, members of SMEITS are entitled to 30% discount. What is organized for the Congress and Exhibition participants
The welcome cocktail and opening of the exhibition of HVAC&R equipment and accomplishment, then the formal opening of the Congress (we are making all our efforts to make sure that high representatives of relevant ministries are present), with the welcoming speech, then presentation of papers classified according to thematic fields on several sessions, commercial presentations of sponsors, the meeting of the ASHRAE Danube Chapter, etc.
What can visitors expect to see at the Exhibition of Equipment and Accomplishments?
This year approximately 150 exhibitors will participate in the Exhibition of HVAC&R equipment and accomplishments. On the exhibition stands, along with the equipment manufactured in Serbia, there will be equipment and materials of more than 400 specialized companies from abroad. The exhibition opening will be organized with the welcoming cocktail.
By custom, in addition to advertising materials, prospectuses and other details, each stand will offer some refreshments to the exhibition visitors who may need a rest.
